Data Management Declaration

  1. In this data management policy, the following terms have the following meanings:
    Data Controller: Web&Stores Ltd. (2330 Dunaharaszti, Bethlen Gábor sor 1/2.)
    Data Subject: Individuals registering on the Data Controller’s websites.
    Consent Declaration: The Data Subject, by registering on the website without providing written permission, explicitly consents to the data management.
    Other terms used in this data management policy align with the terminology of Act LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and the publicity of data of public interest.
  2. The Data Controller manages the personal data related to the Data Subject in accordance with this data management policy and in compliance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information.
  3. By providing the Consent Declaration, the Data Subject explicitly agrees to the handling of their provided personal data as outlined in this data management policy.
  4. The purpose of data management: sending newsletters, data management for marketing purposes, and database building. Accordingly, the provision of data by the Data Subject is voluntary.
