Installing the System:
- Connect the Access Point:
- If using an Ethernet cable with PoE (Power over Ethernet), plug the cable into the Access Point.
- If the Ethernet cable does not support PoE, connect the Access Point to an electrical outlet using a Power Adapter included in Your package and then plug in the Ethernet cable.
- Wait for 5 minutes.
- Check the LEDs on the Access Point:
- If all three LEDs are blinking, the system is working properly.
- You can start sending dishes to the labels when you see a green icon next to the label’s number in the Send menu.:
Troubleshooting:
- If the three LEDs are not blinking after 5 minutes, it is likely an Internet connectivity issue.
- The Access Point requires internet access without any password or additional login steps.
- In some cases, the MAC address of the Access Point needs to be registered by the System Administrator on the server to allow internet access without login requirements.
